What is Kaak:
Kaak is a milk based cookie mixed with distinctive spices, when baked or heated the aroma is alluring.

The Dough:
A soft crust so delicious it melts in your mouth. A gentle sweetness and sponginess like no other. Once you have had a bite you’ll be hooked. My family still uses the same recipe since 1962.

When to eat:
You can eat Kaak anytime you like. Warm the Kaak in the oven at 360℉ for 2 minutes. It is ready to eat when the aroma is calling your name.

How to Store:
Keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. You can also freeze it for 2-3 months then remove and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Not recommended for use in the microwave
