What is Spinach Pies:
Lebanese spinach pies, also called in Lebanon fatayer, are often referred to as to the spanakopita triangles of the Middle East. They’re made with our secret dough recipe, and stuffed with organic spinach, herbs, Sumac, olive oil and baked in the oven until golden and puffed.

The Dough:
A pillowy soft crust and crispy bottom, due to long fermentation time for maximum flavor and the perfect crackly, chewy texture. A recipe that is mastered over the years by my lovely wife Dory.

The Mix:
Organic Spinach, Onions, Olive Oil, salt, white pepper, walnuts, sumac and lemon zest.

When to eat:
You can eat spinach pies anytime you like. Warm the pies in the oven at 360℉ for 4 minutes. It is ready to eat when the aroma is calling your name.

How long do they last?
Since the recipe is entirely plant-based, these pies will last for up to seven days in the fridge. Store in an airtight container and you can enjoy them all week!

Can you freeze the spinach pies?
Yes,  you can simply allow them to cool completely and then transfer to a freezer safe container or bag. Keep for 3 months.
