Muhammara is an Armenian red dip, originated from the Syrian city of Aleppo. This delicious dip made its way from the heart of the Levant to many parts of the world including Europe and the U.S.

What is Muhammara:

You may have even seen muhammara jars at the grocery store, but it is an imitation product and is not the original recipe. Most if not all Muhammara is made using red roasted pepper. Ours is made from the original Armenian red chili pepper paste.

The Mix:

The most important ingredients that make up Muhammara are Armenian chili paste, walnuts, breadcrumbs, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses. The Armenian chili paste is vital for the spicy flavorful kick.

How to eat:

Muhammara is a flavorful dip or spread:

• Use it for dipping
• Scoop it up with warm pita bread or crispy pita chips
