Kibbeh, also known spelled kibbi or kibbeh, a traditional baked or fried Lebanese kibbeh balls are a delicious appetizer made with bulgur wheat and seasoned ground beef and onions filling! Kibbeh can be Fried or air fried for a healthier version.

Kibbeh is served with plain yogurt, or Hummus.

The Kibbeh Layer

Lebanese Kibbeh is made by pounding bulgur wheat together with meat into a fine paste and forming it into balls.

The fillings

After forming two layers they are stuffed with toasted pine seed nuts, spiced ground beef, onions, and Lebanese imported pomegranate Molasses.

How to eat

Kibbeh is a delicious food that you can have as a meal, appetizer, or snack. You can serve it with a fresh salad, like Greek salad, Fattouch or tabbouli. Delicious with a with a side of hummus, yogurt and cucumber or tzatziki.

Store left over kibbeh in a fridge for up to 7 days
